Alan launched his real estate career in 2007. He has had tremendous success and he thoroughly enjoys working with 1st time buyers, residential re-sale including condominiums, military buyers and sellers, relocations, and new construction. Alan has received several awards with Royal LePage, including the Director's Platinum Award. He is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and is a member of the Errors & Omissions Committee at the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® (NSAR).
Alan served four terms (one year as Chair) with the NSAR Government Relations Committee, committed to building and strengthening relationships with elected officials to address issues that affect Nova Scotians and to help improve the Quality of Live for all those living in our province. Because the real estate industry impacts our province economically, environmentally and socially - REALTORS® have a responsibility to recognize this in all aspects of what they do.
Alan is originally from Sydney, Nova Scotia and had the fortunate opportunity to attend high school in Ottawa, Ontario. He moved back to the East Coast in 1992 and has lived in the Halifax area since.
Currently Alan resides in Westwood Hills, Upper Tantallon with his wife and two children. Work, quality family time and an active household, all make for a busy life. Every summer the family manages to go 'back home' to spend some much needed rest and relaxation on the beautiful Bras d'Or Lakes, Cape Breton Island.
